Overview
InVault is Inzata’s module for managing user access and users themselves. In other words, it is the hub for controlling who a Full Access user allows to use the Inzata platform as well as for controlling what the Full Access user allows the other users to view, modify, or create. To open it, a user can click on inVault in the list of Inzata applications on the bottom of their project overview page. Alternatively, they click on the below button to see that same list of applications from anywhere within their project.
In inVault, Full Access users can create and modify user access privileges on a role basis using our click-and-drag approach in combination with our flexible data filters. These filters are the same platform-wide filters used in the other modules for tasks such as controlling what information is displayed in a visualization or what information shows in a table.
The other core feature in this module is user management. Using our user management system, a Full Access user can add or remove users to the Inzata platform. A Full Access user can also choose which Inzata modules a user can access as well as select parameters that specify certain user characteristics, allowing broad user access controls that are not limited to their data.
